THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RESIDENTS' RECOGNITION OF NATURE AND SATISFACTION WITH LOCAL AREAS:

A questionnaire survey with the Kanagawa Prefecture residents on regional resources and satisfaction their residential area was conducted. Residential were extracted from residents’ perspectives based survey. Results of decision tree analysis using indicators natural environment areas personal attributes revealed that are more likely to perceive a cohesive green space tall vegetation within radius up 3 km area. It confirmed local enhances sense well-being contributes community satisfaction.
